1)PRE-REGISTRATION –registration on the ticket kiosk
2)SERVICE SELECTION-select the service on ticket kiosk and print
ticket number
3)WAITING- waiting on waiting area until the ticket number is
called 4)ADMINISTRATION-servicing the customer
5)STATISTICS-the number of custom that are waiting for service
